With just one dose, Quad Dewormer’s chewable oral tablets is one of the easiest dewormer on the market. It can be given in small amounts in your dog’s food or given in your dog’s mouth directly. Below is the recommended dosage for each dog weights. 

Dosage:
For puppies and small dogs (2 to 25 lbs)
Body weight 2 to 4 lbs = 0.5 tablet
Body weight 5 to 7 lbs = 1 tablet
Body weight 8 to 12 lbs = 1.5 tablets
Body weight 13 to 18 lbs = 2 tablets
Body weight 19 to 25 lbs = 2.5 tablets

For medium dogs (26 to 60 lbs)
Body weight 26 to 30 lbs = 1 tablet
Body weight 31 to 44 lbs = 1.5 tablets
Body weight 45 to 60 lbs = 2 tablets

For large dogs (45 lbs. and greater)
Body weight 45 to 60 lbs = 1 tablet
Body weight 61 to 90 lbs = 1.5 tablets
Body weight 91 to 120 lbs = 2 tablets
