Returns

You have 14 days to return the item form the date that you received it. You have 3 days to return any feed and hay items from the day that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging and undamaged. If you are a Rewards Member we can look up your receipt. If you are not, a receipt is needed.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund upon inspection of the item. We will refund the total amount of your return to the original method of payment. If returning to credit card, you will receive the amount within a few days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery

You will be responsible for bringing back any return items that you had delivered. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange anything you are not happy with for the same item or anything else of equal or lesser value. You have 14 days to exchange the item from the day that you received it. You have 3 days to exchange any feed and hay items from the day that you received it. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If your exchange item does not meet the original value of the returned item, you will receive the rest of the value to the original method of payment. If your exchange item exceeds the original value of the returned item, you will be expected to pay the difference.

Manufacturer Defects

All manufacturer defects will be exchanged or refunded to the original method of payment.
